Most Phillipston Property Transfers Left Sale Price Undisclosed In July
Eleven property transfers were recorded in Phillipston between July 10 and August 8, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only one disclosed a sale price. The July 14 transfer of 245 Athol Rd, from seller Diane M. Hastings to buyers Operative Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., sold for $34,260, the sole figure available and thus both the range and median for the period. Four other transfers involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., and two involved same-family or trust parties. With prices undisclosed on 10 of 11 deeds, the data offers limited insight into current market values in town.
