Only one of 12 Phillipston property deeds discloses a sale price this period
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Phillipston property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one, a $685,000 sale in Phillipston from Michael and Donalda Fischer to Stephen and Michaela Strout, disclosed a price. That figure marks the period's only known low, high and median value. Two streets, Royalston Road and Queen Lake Road, each saw two recorded transactions. Notable filings include a Phillipston Town acquisition of 12 Lambs Cove Road, a trust transfer at 5 Myrtle Road and an intra-family deed at 285 Queen Lake Road.
