The month's top recorded sale was 880 Royalston Rd. at $678,600, sold by Lauren Velta Conrad and Patricia Velta Belliveau to Cornerstone Bank. Main Rd. and Royalston Rd. each saw two deeds. Several transactions, priced and unpriced, named a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, and nine of the 14 deeds have no price posted yet, a typical registry lag rather than withheld information.
