Phillipston records nine deed transfers in past month, most with sale price withheld
Nine property deeds were recorded in Phillipston between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only three disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $45,000 to $380,000, with a median of $143,221. The period's priciest recorded transaction was 60 Petersham Rd at $380,000, sold Aug. 14 by Edwin Figueroa Torres to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Co. LLC. With two-thirds of deeds carrying no listed price and no street recording more than one sale, the available data does not support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
