The top transaction was 60 Petersham Road at $380,000, sold Aug. 14 from Edwin Figueroa Torres to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Co. LLC. Four of the ten transfers listed a bank or credit union as buyer. Five transfers have no price yet available, and one, at 286 Baldwinville Road, was a nominal-consideration transfer rather than a market sale.
